Mama Mariette, our Mama and brand inspiration, loves the Edelweiss. Mario Julen is currently building a herb garden for the Hotel Zermama in Findeln, a very special place above Zermatt. And yes, Mariette’s beloved Edelweiss will feature there. Hostess Sandrine wants to celebrate and rediscover the love for the Edelweiss in Hotel Zermama's architecture and communication. This is how in partnership with architect Rudi Perathoner, we created Hotel Zermama's signature symbol.  Our Mama Mariette: In true character with how the "Mattini" (Zermatters) have always been in their nature: openminded, always helpful and above all, with both feet on the ground.
